PRELIMINARY DESIGN, SUBMISSION, DETAILED PLANNING

• Planning of the infrastructure, taking into account all requirements necessary for the cable car and taking into account the cable car operation
• Creation of the spatial programs for the individual stations and representation of the ropeway functions in design drawings at a scale of 1:100.
• Artistic design of the stations.
• Preparation of the necessary submission documents at a scale of 1:100.
• Detailed planning on a scale of 1:50, taking into account all cableway and electrotechnical requirements.
• Overall drawings and material lists for steel construction, timber construction and for all companies working on the construction site (excluding building services).
• Drawing up specifications, issuing invitations to tender and obtaining bids for all construction trades
• Examination of the tenders on the basis of the tender documents with regard to technical and computational aspects and value for money.
• Conducting contract award discussions, preparing order documents and service contracts.

• It goes without saying that all planning and contract awards are carried out in close cooperation with the client.
