11 Sep Apprentice Lukas is leading his own construction site meetings for the first time
Our apprentice, Lukas, recently celebrated his 18th birthday—and has now also reached a special milestone in his career.
His great enthusiasm for cable car planning and construction management, as well as his personal dedication, are clearly evident in our daily collaboration. This week, Lukas independently led two construction site meetings for the first time: one for the new 6-person Kopsseebahn chairlift in Galtür and one for the 6-person Tressdorfer Almbahn chairlift at Nassfeld.
With a strong sense of responsibility, he successfully led both meetings, allowing him to immediately apply the knowledge he had acquired thus far in a practical setting and further deepen his understanding.
