KG &#8211; are actively addressing the prevailing shortage of skilled workers as usual. As of September 1, we will continue to operate under the new management of Johannes Thi\u00dfen MSc. and Ing. Daniel Mangold will continue the successful tradition of apprentice training.  <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">With Tamara Giselbrecht, we were able to recruit a young, motivated woman for the rather male-dominated ropeway industry. During her apprenticeship as a <b>structural draughtswoman<\/b>, Tamara will go through all the steps from the conception of projects to construction planning and foreman planning and will actively support us in the process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-17770 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.melzer-hopfner.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Tamara-1-235x352.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"235\" height=\"352\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.melzer-hopfner.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Tamara-1-235x352.jpg 235w, https:\/\/www.melzer-hopfner.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Tamara-1.jpg 534w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 235px) 100vw, 235px\" \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">As the ropeway planning office Melzer &amp; Hopfner knows from its own experience, an apprenticeship is the start of a career in ropeway planning and the beginning of a promising and varied career.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">Some of the most experienced employees at Melzer &amp; Hopfner come from the company&#8217;s own apprenticeship program in the field of (construction) draughtsmanship and are still passionate about getting the best out of each project for our customers.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">Daniel Mangold, Managing Director of Melzer &amp; Hopfner Ingenieurgesellschaft m.b.H. &amp; Co KG:<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">&#8220;Every day, our well-trained specialists work together with our visionary customers to ensure that the cable car plans form the foundation for fantastic tourism and future-oriented mobility solutions. <\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">The plans are the basis for comfortable, but also finely designed lifts with associated infrastructure to the most beautiful recreational areas for me &#8211; the mountains.
